Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from watertimer.ae for delivery in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies.
1. Who we are
watertimer.ae sells smart water timers and irrigation accessories for UAE homes and villas. Customer service: [email protected].
2. Products, pricing & VAT
- All displayed prices are in AED and include 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Product images and descriptions are for guidance; minor specification differences that do not affect core function may occur.
- We may correct pricing or stock errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of amounts paid.
- Tax Registration Number (TRN) will appear on invoices once issued: TRN: __________ (placeholder pending final registration details).
3. Orders & contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm acceptance by email/WhatsApp or dispatch the goods. We ship only to UAE addresses for the current launch.
4. Payment
Checkout is offered in AED via card / Apple Pay (or other methods shown at checkout when enabled). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available by default. If online checkout is temporarily unavailable, contact [email protected] to complete your order securely.
5. Use of the site
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at abusive rates, or infringe our intellectual property (text, images, branding). Product brand names (e.g. Johgee, RainPoint) remain their owners’ trademarks and are used to identify genuine compatible products.
6. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law (including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses you provide.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai (or the competent UAE court for your emirate) have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Electronic communications (email/WhatsApp/order confirmations) satisfy writing requirements where permitted by law.
