- Order & delivery data: name, email, phone, UAE shipping address, emirate, and order notes.
- Payment data: payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We may receive limited tokens, last-four digits, and transaction status.
- Support data: messages you send by email or WhatsApp, including product questions and return requests.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and cookie/analytics identifiers needed to run and secure the site.
2. How we use information
- Fulfil and deliver orders within the UAE (including VAT invoicing).
