Returns Policy

We want you to be confident buying irrigation hardware for UAE conditions. This Returns Policy applies to orders from watertimer.ae.
1. 30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
2. Hygiene & used water hardware
Items that have been installed on a water supply, flushed, or show water/soil contamination may be refused for change-of-mind returns for hygiene and safety reasons. Defective units are handled under the fault process below.
3. How to start a return (RMA)
- Email [email protected] or message our WhatsApp support line (see Contact) with your order number and photos of the product/packaging.
- We issue an RMA and return instructions.
- Ship the item as instructed. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.
4. Faulty / wrong item
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. For confirmed quality faults we cover reasonable return shipping both ways.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
- Change-of-mind returns: product price refunded; outbound shipping is non-refundable unless required by law.
- COD is not offered by default; if a COD order is ever enabled later, refunds would be by bank transfer after identity checks.
6. Processing time
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days (bank timing may vary).
