Shipping Policy

watertimer.ae currently ships to UAE addresses only. Prices are in AED including 5% VAT.

1. Delivery estimates (business days after dispatch)

Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman: 1–3 business days
Abu Dhabi / Al Ain: 2–4 business days
Northern Emirates & other UAE areas: 3–5 business days

Estimates start from dispatch, not the order date. Public holidays and remote areas may add time.

2. Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders of AED 300 or more within the UAE. Below AED 300, shipping (if any) is shown before you pay. We do not advertise UK delivery.

3. Duties & taxes

For UAE-fulfilled orders, the price you see includes VAT; you should not pay unexpected import VAT at the door for standard domestic fulfilment. If a future order is fulfilled by cross-border direct ship, we will state DDP or any possible charges before payment.

4. Address, failed delivery & tracking

Provide a complete UAE address and reachable mobile number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur re-delivery fees. Tracking is shared when available from the carrier.

5. No COD default

Payment is card / Apple Pay (or other online methods shown at checkout). Cash on Delivery is not offered by default.
