*Shipping Costs We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over AED 30*. For orders under AED 30, the standard shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

*Order Processing Time All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days*, excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to high demand or security procedures, dispatch may occasionally be delayed.

• *Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM (GST, UTC+4 / Asia/Dubai)* will be processed on the next UAE business day (Sunday–Thursday).
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping notification with tracking information.

*Shipping Times & Carriers (United Arab Emirates)*

• *Total Delivery Time: 2-4 business days* (after processing).
• *Carriers: We strictly use Aramex and Emirates Post* for reliable delivery.
• *Taxes & Duties: Prices are in AED and generally include 5% UAE VAT where applicable. We cover all customs duties and taxes. The price you see is the price you pay—no additional fees* upon delivery.

*Delivery Restrictions*

• *Location: We currently only ship to physical addresses within the United Arab Emirates*.
• *P.O. Boxes:* We do not currently deliver to P.O. Box addresses within the United Arab Emirates.

* Please note that shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

*Refunds on Shipping* We do not refund expedited shipping costs for packages that arrive late due to carrier delays, nor do we refund shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective.
