*30-Day Commercial Return Policy We offer an extended 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.*
To be eligible for a return under this commercial policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Damages and Issues (Your Statutory Rights) Please inspect your order upon reception. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If your item is faulty, you have a statutory right to a remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for any faulty or damaged goods.
*Change of Mind / Commercial Cancellation In addition to your statutory rights, you may cancel or return an eligible order within our 30-day commercial return window for any reason. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless they are faulty.
*Exchanges* The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
*Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
